All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Best for: Customers who want faster delivery
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Best for: Budget-conscious customers
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal Care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened paint containers (Interior Paints, Exterior Paints, Floor Paints)
- Custom-cut items (Circular Saw Blades, Forstner Bits, Drill Bits that have been used)
- Masonry Sealers & Waterproofers once opened
How to Return an Item

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories.
- For exchanges: Use the prepaid return label we provide
- For refunds: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the return process above
- Specify in your email that you’d like an exchange
- Indicate the replacement item you prefer from our selection
We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:
