Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened paint containers (Interior Paints, Exterior Paints, Floor Paints)
  • Custom-cut items (Circular Saw Blades, Forstner Bits, Drill Bits that have been used)
  • Masonry Sealers & Waterproofers once opened

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address (2989 Todds Lane, San Antonio, TX 78205)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the return label (we’ll provide instructions) and ship via:

  • For exchanges: Use the prepaid return label we provide
  • For refunds: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product:

  2. Specify in your email that you’d like an exchange
  3. Indicate the replacement item you prefer from our selection of paints, tools, or camping equipment

We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
